Theodore, Teddy, came to live with us in June 2020 at around 9 months old. He lived near some horses but did not have any donkey friends or a family to teach him what he is. He came to us underweight, scruffy, and a little under the weather but has blossomed into a silly boy that will follow you around like a very pushy puppy. He will sing you the song of his people if you don't give him attention and lay his whole head on you for scratches. Teddy spends the afternoons sparring with his best friend, Cosmo or whining for attention.
Cosmo came to join the Noe Harm family in April 2021 after "retiring" from his old life as a stud breeder. He was taken care of, but treated as a way to make money and reproduce more animals that could be sold. Cosmo was born in 1999 but does not show his age at all! He is a feisty little nugget that loves butt scratches and games of tag. He is very sweet, gentle, and slow around people. His tiny little legs carry him around the pasture as he and Teddy play all day, but he definitely appreciates a nap in the hay near his buddies.
